Gayla Rowland, M.D., has been practicing ophthalmology with the Eye Institute for almost 10 years. Dr. Rowland obtained her undergraduate degree from Troy State University in Troy, Alabama and her medical degree from University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. Her post-graduate training included an internal medicine internship and ophthalmology residency at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Rowland is a board-certified ophthalmologist; she is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association. Some areas of special interest include:
